Generally, most orders ship within 1 to 2 business days. In finding a good work-life balance, we don’t work on Holidays or weekends (or we certainly try not to, at least). In instances that we may take longer to get orders out the door, we will contact you and let you know.
When you place an order, you’ll get an order confirmation email. Sometimes these go to SPAM. Similarly, you will receive another notification when your order has shipped. If you don’t see that email within a few days of your orders.. You guessed it, check that ol’ SPAM folder again. If you don’t see it, feel free to send us a quick email to check in (or with any questions).
We’re happy to offer free domestic shipping to our continental US customers. Since most of our products, like our bamboo rings, are so light, we generally ship with USPS (First Class), which takes between 2-5 days to arrive and will fit in your mailbox. For larger items, we choose the best service option, which may be delivered as a package.
For international customers, we charge a heavily discounted rate from retail shipping rates. We tend to ship via USPS First Class International which can take 5-10 days to deliver. Please provide us with your email and phone number on the order to ensure smoother delivery.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are at the discretion of your country. These are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. We (Bodhi) are not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
Note: Some customs agents are amazing, some are.. less amazing. Please keep up with tracking of your package once it ships. On occasion, they may not contact the customer in regards to paying duties (this is why we require email and phone number on the order). In this case, you can get in touch with your local Post Office to check on the status and let them know that you are ready for the package. Generally if they have not received a response from the customer for 14 days after they receive the package, they will return it. We aren’t responsible for returned shipments due to customs. This isn’t fun for anyone, so let’s not get to this point.
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 5 business days (or 10 international) of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@BodhiRings.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. Some carriers are fine with it. Generally customers have a better idea about which carriers are good for their address than we do. Please let us know if you have any special shipping instructions at the time of the order.
We accept returns up to 30 days after shipping, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@BodhiRings.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Ring sizing can be easy. Sometimes, it can be difficult. We do our best to provide an accurate ring sizer on our site, but there is a margin for user error. The best way to get your size is to pop into a jeweler and have them size your fingers. Our rings are a bit wider than common skinny rings. This also plays a part in sizing.
We are well aware of this and want you to have a ring you love and will wear, so.. If you end up with a ring that isn’t the right fit, email us! We’ll get it figured out. Our policy is not to pay for return shipping (this is on the customer), but also not to charge you for shipping out the new ring size. We do this so we can keep costs down for (the majority of) customers that know exactly what size they need. That being said, if you have questions, contact us and let’s get it right from the beginning and avoid the hassle of returns and re-shipping.
